Experience the natural and cultural history of Honey Creek on our First Day Hikes!

Start 2025 off outdoors!

Sponsored by The Friends of Guadalupe River State Park/Honey Creek State Natural Area, join certified guides for an interpretive walk to one of the last pristine bodies of water in Texas, Honey Creek, to learn about the area's natural and cultural history. The trail is about 2 miles long and moderate in difficulty--much of it is flat, but there are some rocky areas, slopes, and two steep but short hills. *Expect the walk to last ~2.5 hours as there are frequent stops to discuss topics such as flora, fauna and geology*

Participants will receive a First Day Hike sticker upon completion!

All ages are welcome! No dogs, please.
