About Us:
Owner John Kulick started running tubing trips back in the 70's, under the company name "John's River Rides." By 1976, he had begun to rent a few canoes on the Farmington River. In 1983, Huck Finn Adventures became incorporated as a company and we began running more trips on the Farmington, launching in Avon and ending in Simsbury.
With over 30 years of experience, there's no doubt that John is one of the most knowledgeable and trusted river guides in the area. Huck Finn Adventures proudly provides references from the Farmington Valley and Hartford Tourism Bureaus, as well as the various Parks & Recreation Departments and camps we've worked with over the years.
